Five new members were voted onto the BioForward board of directors, the organization announced today.

Serving a 2017-19 term from Madison are Exact Sciences CIO Gary Frings and HealthMyne Chief Strategy Officer Mark Gehring.

“Our new board members, combined with our strategic alignment along integrated health and collaborative solution-based initiatives, provides a visionary platform to achieve major results in 2017,” BioForward CEO Lisa Johnson said in a statement.

According to a release, the new members will join 12 current board members, who will represent the state’s biohealth industry.
