The Wisconsin Technology Council named the 25 finalists of the 15th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest, the organization announced recently.
“These finalists are emblematic of Wisconsin’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem,” Wisconsin Technology Council Chairman Greg Lynch said in a statement. “Few contests can blend together industries as varied as life sciences, composting, speech therapy and drones.”
Ten Madison-area companies advanced, including NovoMoto and AmebaGone.
“The Diligent Dozen” will be picked in late May and present their business plan at the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference June 5 at Union South.
Northern Star Fire won last year’s contest.
