Just six months since the last 3 Day Startup, the event returns this weekend and will be hosted by 100state.

The 40 selected University of Wisconsin students will split into teams on Friday, and each team will have three days to create a startup company. The culmination of the weekend happens at 7 p.m. Sunday, when the public is invited to watch the final pitches.

According to the event website, the 3DS Madison event was founded by The Hub with help from other UW student organizations.
