Eight new members were voted onto the BioForward board of directors, the organization announced today.

Serving a 2018-20 term from Madison are University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Senior Associate Dean Dr. Richard Moss, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation Director of Strategic Communications Jeanan Yasiri Moe, Illumina Associate Director Dr. David Sheehan, Covance Labs Executive Director Dr. Lisa Biegel and Catalent Pharma Solutions Vice President Brian Riley.

“This is an industry that thrives on collaboration and innovation,” BioForward CEO Lisa Johnson said in a statement. “Our new board members bring leadership and expertise from all corners of the vast biohealth industry, offering huge potential for growth in Wisconsin as we move into 2018.”

According to a release, the new members will join 10 current board members, who will represent the state’s biohealth industry.
