The founders of Highly, an online text highlighting tool, will be joining Twitter, the company announced recently.
“We’re looking forward to bringing our Highly-informed perspective to Twitter’s work serving the public conversation,” Co-Founder Andrew Courter said in a statement. “It’s a colossal, critical project, and we’re eager to chip in.”
The tech company, which was based at StartingBlock Madison, was created by Courter and Eric Wuebben in 2015 in San Francisco. Wuebben will now work at Twitter’s New York office.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Highly also announced that its paid products Crowd Control and Highly for Teams are now free. Meanwhile, Highly for iOS and Highly for Slack were discontinued April 26.
