SymphonyCare announced today its Empower patient portal ver. 6.4 is now certified under the 2015 Edition Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

According to a release, the certification means the portal is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and is capable of meeting the more rigorous testing criteria developed to support providers and hospitals.
