Gener8tor, along with the University of Wisconsin Computer Science Department and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, is accepting applications until Sept. 14 for the Fall CS NEST 2020 program, the organizations announced recently.
According to a release, the CS NEST is a free venture-creation program designed to help entrepreneurially minded University of Wisconsin students, postdocs and recent alumni build technology and create high-growth startups. Teams that join the program will build a scalable technology and business in preparation for the CS NEST Competition.
“I’m excited to be leading the CS NEST program, which will give teams more time and support to develop the technology idea they choose and figure out how to scale it,” CS Nest Director Menachem Tabanpour said in a statement. “With the world in crisis, there is no better time to innovate and define the technologies of our future.”
The 11-week program will start Sept. 21 and run through Dec. 3.
Applications for the program can be done here.
