SHINE Technologies announced recently that Holli C. Ladhani and Janet S. Wong have joined its board of directors.

“We are excited to bring these two highly talented individuals to our board,” SHINE CEO Greg Piefer said in a statement. “Both Holli’s and Janet’s industry, operational and financial experience will play an important role as we continue to scale in our mission to transform humankind via nuclear fusion applications.”

Ladhani has served as president and CEO of Select Energy and chairman, president and CEO of Rockwater Energy Solutions. Wong is a Certified Public Accountant and previously served as a senior partner with KPMG.

Both Ladhani and Wong’s terms begin immediately.
