Nimblify Inc., a clinical trials technology company, released a new set of application program interfaces (APIs) that allow clinical research technology vendors to integrate its participant payment system with their software, the company announced recently.
“Processing and managing payments to research subjects can be very complicated for organizations, and there is a great need to connect systems that have siloed workflows,” Nimblify Vice President of Product Management and Operations Laura Hilty said in a statement. “We are very excited about helping technology vendors provide a seamless, integrated participant payment experience for their customers.”
According to a release, the APIs include end points for receiving updates from systems that already collect visit and payment information, protocol details and participants enrolled on protocols. Having these details allows research organizations to pay participants immediately from Nimblify.
