SimplifIDe, a software-as-a-service startup, announced today the addition of J.B. Van Hollen and Matthew Miszewski to its board of directors, effective immediately.
“After delivering a working product and raising seed capital of $1 million in less than nine months, it is a pleasure to now add the leadership, market intelligence and depth of experience that J.B. and Matt bring to our board,” SimplifIDe CEO Jeff McAllister said in a statement.
Van Hollen, a former Wisconsin Attorney General, currently works with the law firm King & Spalding through a “strategic alliance.”
Miszewski most recently was the senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Digital Realty Trust, the world’s largest real estate investment trust. He also was Wisconsin’s chief information officer for five years.
SimplifIDe created an identification platform to make it easier and more affordable to use voice recognition and other biometric data to replace traditional passwords.
