The University of Wisconsin’s Small Business Development Center’s Entrepreneurial Training Program is accepting applications for its spring cohort.
According to its website, the program strives for participants to complete a business plan for their startup to obtain financing and guide success.
Applications are due by Wednesday, Feb. 1 for the eight-week program, which begins Feb. 7 and runs through April 4.
As previously reported, entrepreneurs that can write a business plan, have a general business idea, have relevant experience and have the financial ability to start an ideal company are encouraged to apply.
Fees for those who qualify for Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation’s grant are $250, instead of $1,000.
To date, 415 graduates have completed the ETP program since its inception in 2011.
