Since its launch in spring of this year, Bascom Ventures has invested in three startups.

Highly, HealthMyne and Markable are receiving funding, according to recent announcements by Bascom Ventures.

Among the reasons why Bascom Ventures said it funded Highly was due to its founders having experience launching and growing consumer apps; HealthMyne for its pipeline of 35 hospital systems; and Markable for its signing of 11 publishers with a reach of 45 million end users.

As previously reported, Bascom Ventures looks to invest in 15-25 early- to later-stage companies over the next few years as the Chicago-based fund enables University of Wisconsin alumni to invest in companies with a connection to Wisconsin.
