Agrograph is partnering with Vane, an innovator in the agriculture insurance space, to offer basis-risk insurance for underserved agribusiness, the company recently announced.

“Vane has developed innovative solutions to insure an entire sector of the agricultural supply chain that previously operated without the safety net that crop insurance coverage provides to farmers and ranchers,” Agrograph CEO Jim O’Brien said in a statement. “Combining that service with Agrograph’s scalable technology, allows greater efficiency and accuracy for everyone.”

According to a release, Agrograph will power Vane’s unique offering by providing a scalable data integration solution that automates claim validation services.

As previously reported, the ag-tech company delivers data-based solutions to companies with exposure to agriculture.
