An updated timeline of the Spark building, where companies like StartingBlock, BunkerLabs and gener8tor will reside, was provided by American Family Insurance Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer Dan Kelly at a Downtown Madison Inc. meeting today at the Edgewater Hotel.

According to Kelly, StartingBlock Madison (floors 2-4) and DreamBank (first floor) will open in June, American Family Insurance office space (floors 5-8) will open in August and an American Family Insurance agent’s office (first floor) will open in September.

Meanwhile, the adjacent city parking ramp will open in September, and community grand opening activities are scheduled for October.

The building will include features such as a green roof, indoor bike storage, showers and locker room for tenants, a purified air system and a work cafe.
