BMO Harris/1871 Innovation Program announced recently that it is accepting applications through Tuesday, May 29 from Wisconsin financial technology startups for its second-annual accelerator program in Chicago.
According to the 1871 website, the cohort, which runs from July to October, will have 6-8 startups that fall within the areas of lending, financial advice, digital functionality and data analytics; have a beta product ready to demo; and have a team of more than one person based in Chicago or Wisconsin at the time of application.
Applicants who are accepted will receive a four-month mentoring program with access to mentors and resources from BMO Harris, workspace at 1871, the opportunity to win up to $25,000 and a potential opportunity to pilot their technology with BMO Harris.
The 2018 program is operated in collaboration with Wisconsin-based accelerators gener8tor and Kinnektor.
Peanut Butter was the top startup in the inaugural program.
