StartingBlock Madison named today the 11 startups that will participate in the inaugural Challenge Cup Madison taking place 6-8 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Boardman & Clark Law offices during Forward Festival.

Challenge Cup Madison is a regional qualifier for the global competition. A representative from each company will present in front of a panel of judges.

CURATE, DotCom Therapy and POLCO also are competing in Pressure Chamber during Forward Festival. The other startups are Coinigy, Dropp, Electric Spokes, Moonshot Learning, NovoMoto, Shift Savings, WeBe Schools and 1myVote.

The winner receives air fare and accommodations to join 74 other local qualifiers in the Global Finals at Challenge Festival, taking place Nov. 13-17 in New York.
