World leaders in the area of cell-based therapies will be in town for the 8th Annual Wisconsin Stem Cell Symposium, held April 10 at the BioPharmaceutical Technology Center, 5445 E Cheryl Pkwy.
Topics this year include the role of industry in shaping the future of cell-based therapy for cardiovascular disease and safe and effective cell delivery approaches.
Organizations represented at the symposium include Harvard Medical School and Columbia University Medical Center.
The University of Wisconsin Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine Center and the BioPharmaceutical Technology Center Institute are co-hosting the event.
