Digsite announced recently that it has launched a new feature called SmartReporting to apply natural language processing and automation to online qualitative research.
“Many of our customers use Digsite to answer the ‘why’ questions not addressed by big data or survey results,” Digsite CEO and Co-Founder Monika Wingate said in a statement. “This new functionality ultimately sets Digsite apart in a quickly-evolving industry. We have created a way to eliminate the complexity of gathering conversational data and making it easy to access and use.”
According to a release, SmartReporting includes word clouds, top-ranked quotes and sentiment charts to make it easier to see meaningful results of research.
Results can be shown in as little as 24 hours.
