The Doyenne Group announced this week that it is accepting applications for its Investor Accelerator program now through Feb. 4.
According to a release, the 12-week online program costs $1,500 and is open to all who identify as a woman or marginalized gender(s) who want to leverage their personal wealth and start investing in startup ventures. The spring program takes place Feb. 17-May 5, and the fall program will run Aug. 25-Nov. 10.
“This program will encourage entrepreneurs to think like an investor to potentially get to a ‘yes’ and also have them prepared for when they’re ready to pay it forward and start investing in other startups who will be experiencing the same experience they’re going through right now,” Doyenne Executive Director Heather Wentler said in a statement.
Participants will learn different investment arrangements and important associated terms and meet with seasoned investors and service providers who can support building a startup investing portfolio.
Applications will be taken on the program webpage.
