EnsoData’s diagnostic AI analysis and sleep scoring solution, EnsoSleep, earned stage-specific autoscoring software certification from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), the company announced recently.
According to a release, the AASM Autoscoring Certification program is designed to rigorously assess and certify autoscoring software systems that analyze adult sleep stages via in-lab polysomnograms, ensuring they met the AASM’s high standards for accuracy and reliability.
“We extend appreciation to the AASM for recognizing the high quality of EnsoData’s AI scoring software, acknowledging advancements in sleep medicine technology, and providing clinicians with confidence in the accuracy of AI scoring tools to assist in diagnosing sleep disorders,” EnsoData Chief AI Officer Sam Rusk said in a statement. “EnsoData is committed to connecting the patient journey from diagnostics to therapy and this certification marks one more step toward achieving this goal.”
The organizations that use EnsoSleep report an average time savings of 62% for polysomnography and 68% for home sleep apnea testing.
