The Wisconsin Technology Council’s 20th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest is accepting entries now until 11:59 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31, organizers announced today.
The contest looks to encourage entrepreneurs in the startup stage of tech-enabled businesses in Wisconsin. Companies can submit ideas in the following categories: Advanced Manufacturing, Business Services, Information Technology and Life Sciences.
Last year, Rapid Radicals, a company focused on stopping untreated sewage from being dumped into waterways during floods, won the contest.
The top 12 companies will present their business plan during the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference in June, and the finalists will share more than $125,000 in cash and service prizes.
There is no fee to enter, and all entries must be submitted online here.
