The Wisconsin Technology Council today announced the finalists that will present at the annual Governor’s Business Plan Contest during the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference next week at the Alliant Energy Center.

Due to a tie, the 13 “Diligent Dozen”–including eight from the Madison area–will present seven-minute pitches on their business plan, with the winner announced during a closing luncheon:

• Mark Raabe, Pellucid Water

Prizes include cash, office space and legal assistance.
