Gener8tor’s inaugural OnRamp Healthcare Conference, in partnership with the Wisconsin Medical Society and WisMed Assure, will take place Wednesday, June 19 at Lambeau Field.
According to a release, the conference will provide a “broad and honest” look at the future of healthcare through three tracks:
- The conference track will feature keynote speaker Aneesh Chopra, the former CTO of the United States, as well as product demos and fireside chats.
- The startup track will pair selected startups and corporate venture capital, innovation and HR executives from participating healthcare organizations.
- The networking track includes office hours and an expo.
“We’re incredibly excited to take a broad and honest look at the future of healthcare and highlight innovations and new business models that address cost and inequality in the marketplace,” Olivia Heinze, who manages business development for gener8tor, said. “Ultimately our goal for the conference is to serve as a lighthouse for executives, clinicians, startups, corporations and investors who are focused on serving patients by empowering clinicians, reducing costs and increasing access to care.”
Heinze expects 500 attendees from around the Midwest, primarily Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois, but also “many startups and investors from the coasts.”
As other OnRamp conferences have been held at sports venues, Lambeau Field was chosen because it is “an iconic spot that could be inclusive of the entire state and region,” according to Heinze.
Registration fees start at $500 and include lunch and happy hour.
