The Wisconsin Technology Council’s 13th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest is accepting entries now until 5 p.m. Jan. 31, 2016, organizers announced recently.
As previously reported, the contest is targeted toward entrepreneurs in the startup stage of tech-based businesses. The categories include Advanced Manufacturing, Business Services, Information Technology and Life Sciences.
Last year, bluDiagnostics, a Madison-based company with a device aimed at helping women struggling with infertility, was the winner.
The top 12 will present their business plan during the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference on June 7, 2016 at the Alliant Energy Center, and the finalists will share more than $100,000 in cash and prizes.
