The Wisconsin Technology Council named the finalists that will present at the 19th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest during the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs Conference held June 1-2 in Milwaukee, the organization announced recently.

The 13 “Diligent Dozen” businesses, which include six from the Madison area, will present for seven minutes each. The finalists are:

• Margaret Lumley: ChloBis Water (Madison)
• Jordan Sand: Cold Water Technologies (Verona)
• Zhijun Jia: CompRex (La Crosse)
• David Meyers: ContraDoc Inc. (Brookfield)
• Erick Oberstar: Contrast Dynamics (Verona)
• Finn Kuusisto: FANTM (Madison)
• Dustin Overbeck: HeyGov (Sturgeon Bay)
• Yi Hu: My Hearing Care (Milwaukee)
• William Schanen: Rapid Radicals Technology (Milwaukee)
• Todd Wilkins: Reinventauctions.com (Fontana)
• Marina Bloomer: Stellar Tech Girls (Madison)
