The Wisconsin Technology Council today named the 24 entries that have made it to the finalist round of the 12th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest.
“This is an exciting range of finalists that are emblematic of Wisconsin’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem,” Wisconsin Tech Council Chair and Co-Founder of CODAworx Toni Sikes said in a statement. “Few contests can blend together industries as varied as life sciences, gaming and hunting.”
There are 11 Madison-based companies that have advanced, including CountAbout and Lynx Biosciences LLC.
“The Diligent Dozen” will be picked in late May and present their business ideas at the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference June 2 at the Alliant Energy Center.
