Health eFilings announced today that it has been acquired by Alpha II, a healthcare revenue cycle solution provider.

According to a release, the combined entity will offer a platform of revenue cycle solutions and clinical data analytics, optimizing revenue integrity for healthcare providers.

“Our mission has been to leverage technology to improve the quality of patient care and lower costs to support the successful transition to a value-based care model,” Health eFilings CEO Robert Hopton said in a statement. “We have long admired Alpha II for their deep commitment to developing innovative solutions that drive revenue integrity while improving patient outcomes.

Alpha II’s corporate headquarters is located in Tallahassee, Fla.

Ben West founded Health eFilings in 2015 to alleviate costly and time-consuming administrative tasks for healthcare providers.
