HealthMyne named Arvind Subramanian its new CEO and to its board of directors, the company announced recently.

“Arvind provides outstanding leadership and executive management experience in both startup and large corporate environments to HealthMyne,” former HealthMyne CEO Praveen Sinha said in a statement.

According to a release, Subramanian’s experience includes 30 years of general management, process and functional expertise with jobs at General Electric Company and Wolters Kluwer Health’s Clinical Solutions. He also has 25 years of healthcare industry experience, especially in the diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT sectors.

Sinha remains with HealthMyne as a board member and now as vice president of business development.
