ImageMoverMD, a medical imaging software company that connects photos, video and outside medical images with enterprise imaging and electronic health record systems, has raised $4 million to grow its network of customers and expand its technology offering, the company announced recently.
The financing round was led by Bain Capital Ventures, Cultivation Capital and HealthX Ventures.
“We’re excited to announce that we now offer our uploader to health systems for free to help in the first step of making CDs a thing of the past, while allowing providers to try out some of our other solutions and see the other ways that medical imaging can improve,” ImageMoverMD CEO Darcey Nett said in a statement.
According to a release, ImageMoverMD has worked with hospitals such as the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and it is included in Epic’s App Orchard.
