Madison ranked highest among Wisconsin cities in MarketBeat’s latest nationwide report, which lists the most supportive places to launch a startup, based on local government support. 

Madison came in at No. 60, followed by Green Bay at No. 74 and Milwaukee at No. 102.

Texas cities fared well, with Dallas, Austin and Houston atop the poll. 

The rankings were based on a poll of 3,024 aspiring entrepreneurs.
