Beer lovers will have the opportunity to try some brews from MobCraft, which is launching officially this week.

As part of Madison Craft Beer Week, the startup is organizing a four-course dinner with beer pairings at 7 p.m. Saturday at 8 Seasons Grille. The cost is $45 per person.

“We’re hosting this dinner to launch our crowdsourced beer company and show beer lovers the awesomeness of cooking with beer,” Henry Schwartz, co-founder of MobCraft, said.

MobCraft brews beers based on users’ votes. Diners will get to try the Pear Sour, Tamarind Heffeweizen, Smoked Bock and Chocolate Rye Coffee Porter.
