Propeller Health data shows a 14.5% medication adherence lift since the COVID-19 outbreak began, the company announced recently.
According to a release, the data was pulled from more than 7,000 Propeller users, with most of the medication regimen improvement noted in the last four weeks.
In addition, the tech company saw an increase in the percent of patient days with 75% adherence to controller medications, from 46.8% in January and 53.8% in March.
As previously reported, Propeller connects to a patient’s existing inhaler via a custom-built sensor, which can track medication use and send dose reminders, symptom insights and progress reports to the patient and the provider.
