Redox announced recently that it is partnering with Smile Digital Health to make healthcare data exchange easier for payers and providers, and it is partnering with Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) to standardize healthcare data for its customers.
According to a release, Redox’s Smile Digital Health Connector can help providers simplify the process of transforming clinical and administrative data from legacy systems into FHIR R4 for ingestion into Smile Digital Health.
“Healthcare is at a pivotal moment, and we at Redox are creating experiences that providers and payers can rely on,” Redox CEO Luke Bonney said in a statement. “For the healthcare ecosystem to live up to its potential, we have to ensure that clinicians and patients are empowered. We’re glad that Smile Digital Health is a collaborator on that journey.”
IMO’s focus has been to standardize clinical data from diverse systems into consistent, structured and clinically validated terminology.
“Redox is dedicated to making sure that healthcare data can empower builders to create new experiences for patients and providers,” Bonney said in a statement. “We want to be clear that composable healthcare is a practice of bringing together the best technologies to produce the best solutions, and we’re glad to be doing so with IMO.”
Smith Digital Health’s U.S. office is based in Austin, Texas, and IMO is located in Rosemont, Ill.
