Redox named Trip Hofer as its new CEO, the company announced recently.
According to a blog post, Hofer has been in the healthcare technology industry since 2002 and has held various executive and leadership positions, including at Optum and CVS.
He replaces CEO and Co-Founder Luke Bonney, who stepped down to focus more on his family, among other reasons.
“Redox is a special company and therefore, the next CEO must be a special leader,” Bonney said in a statement. “I know we’ve found that in Trip Hofer. He’s not only committed to his work, he knows the landscape and the players, including Redox’s current and future customers.”
Bonney will now serve as an advisor to Hofer.
Redox’s other co-founder, Niko Skievaski, who served as president, left the company in July.
