A startup that focuses on helping organizations navigate digital transformations has launched in Madison.

ReVise Consulting, which was founded in July by Britt Gottschalk, looks to help businesses in the healthcare, IT, insurance, finance and education industries with their virtual workforce and organizational development.
Services include operational readiness assessments, virtual skills training, workshops, project advising and structural cultural development, among others.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping people,” Gottschalk said. “When the pandemic hit, I learned that a lot of people were having issues with implementing and sustaining processes that fit for a hybrid or remote work model. After learning this, paired with growing up in the tech boom and tons of research, I decided to start my own telecommunications consulting firm.”

Gottschalk has experience in leadership development, process improvement, strategic planning, change/project management, performance management, business transformation, marketing/sales and recruitment. She is joined by business partner Ethan Sprang, who serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
