Sativa Building Systems, a manufacturer of green building products, won the 18th annual Elevator Pitch Olympics held last week during the Wisconsin Early Stage Symposium.
Sativa is currently focusing on hempcrete panels (a concrete alternative made from hemp plants) that are ready to be shipped to job sites.
Rex Academy (digital computer science courses) took second place, and VocaTone Studio (voice synthesizer AI software) won the People’s Choice award, which members of the audience selected.
Fourteen startups were each given 90 sec. to pitch in front of a panel of investor judges.
