The Center for Technology Commercialization (CTC) is now accepting applications from small businesses for the next round of its SBIR Advance grant, the organization announced recently.
“SBIR Advance enters its sixth year of providing commercialization assistance to our federal SBIR grant winners and continues to see successes with those funded teams,” CTC Senior Technology Consultant and SBIR Advance Program Manager Todd Strother said in a statement.
According to a release, SBIR Advance matches up to $100,000 in funding to provide additional assistance to companies in the process of completing a project in the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
Similar to past years, companies wanting to apply must be based in Wisconsin, have an SBIR/STTR project in either Phase I or Phase II of funding and complete the “Intent to Apply” form by Aug. 1.
