Applications are being accepted for the second annual Social Good Accelerator (SGA) until Friday, April 27, organizers announced today.
According to the website, the accelerator looks for, develops and accelerates social ventures that solve community issues. The three-month cohort, which begins in May, selects up to 25 social ventures, ranging from for-profit to non-profit to cooperatives.
Participants will take part in workshops, network and receive one-on-one coaching. Select cohort members will pitch at Forward Festival’s Social Good Summit in August.
The cohort will be announced May 7.
SGA is run by Social Good Madison, which is designed to cultivate a community of people and organizations that work together to advance startup projects and organizations that intend to have a social impact.
