MadHacks and women in computing group WACM are inviting University of Wisconsin undergraduate and graduate students to compete in their Spring Fever hackathon competition, held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the Computer Sciences building.
According to the website, participants will have 12 hours to build the best hack that best demonstrates an idea. Submissions must include a prototype and design documents.
The judges, which include Shira Epstein of Sector67 and David Giard of Microsoft, will rank hacks based on criteria that include ingenuity and degree of difficulty.
The event also will feature scheduled tech-talks and prizes.
