StartingBlock Madison recently announced information about its 50,000-square foot entrepreneurial hub.

According to the company’s newsletter, American Family Insurance’s Dreambank will be located on the first floor, the Doyenne Group on the second and gener8tor on third. The fourth floor can hold one to two anchor tenants. Bunker Labs also will call this building home.

The building will include a work cafe, outdoor terrace, presentation meeting space and a video and audio recording studio.

Shared coworking, reserved desks and team pod spaces start at $150 per month, small offices start at $350 per month and large office suites start at $2,000 per month (one-year term).
