The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation today announced Qualified News Business Venture (QNBV) status for area companies HealthMyne (Madison), Xolve (Middleton) and Pegasus Sustainability Solutions (Fitchburg).
In addition, the WEDC announced that Xolve was approved for a $330,000 Technology Business Development Investment loan, and Pegasus was approved for a $125,000 Wisconsin Venture Debt Fund loan.
QNBV status allows investors in the company to qualify for a 25 percent tax credit on the amount they invest into the business.
