Two Madison-based companies are part of the five startups selected for gener8tor’s summer 2014 accelerator program, the organization announced today.
Beekeeper, which queries Hadoop data, and Modern Movement, which develops balance training products, join HITLIST (Provo, Utah), Project Foundry (Milwaukee) and Stock Manufacturing Co. (Chicago).
“The (current) program brings a diverse mix of companies from Wisconsin and across the country,” gener8tor Co-Founder Troy Vosseller said in a statement. “We’re excited for these five great companies to join the Milwaukee and gener8tor startup communities.”
According to a release, 450 applications were submitted for this class, which runs for 12 weeks beginning today.
