The University of Wisconsin ranks No. 15 in PitchBook’s newest report that ranks universities by the number of entrepreneurs that have raised a round of venture funding, the organization announced recently.
According to the report, UW has seen 461 graduates raise a total of $4.84 billion in venture capital.
Stanford University topped the list with 1,178 entrepreneurs who have raised $28.84 billion.
Other Big Ten schools included were the University of Michigan (No. 7) and the University of Illinois (No. 10).
