The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation announced recently the winners of its Discovery Challenge.
According to a release, Naomi Biok won forĀ her in-depth look at protein folding, Ryan Clark for his efforts for more industry-relevant conditions for engineering studies and Sarah Neuman for her work inĀ improving insulin secretion in mutant animals.
As previously reported, the sixth annual Discovery Challenge is a research competition open to UW-Madison graduate students and postdoctoral researchers from all departments.
The winners were picked from nearly 60 presenters.
