The Winnow Fund announced today it has begun a partnership with Concordia University.
According to a release, Concordia will provide the Winnow Fund with access to a pipeline of potential startups, and the Winnow Fund will bring experienced mentoring, networking opportunities and potential investments to the university’s student entrepreneurs.
“I believe there’s untapped entrepreneurial potential at colleges and universities across the state of Wisconsin,” Winnow Fund Managing Director Richelle Martin said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to meeting with Concordia University’s entrepreneurs to leverage that potential and together build successful, high-growth companies here in the state.”
Concordia University is an investor in the Winnow Fund.
As previously reported, the Winnow Fund is part of the Badger Fund of Funds and focuses on working with colleges and universities across the state.
